Admins and Payroll Officers are still doing the traditional process -listing the payslip and payroll.

The Process
Creation of BRD: The Product Owner listed all the requirements and features necessary for the design.

Designing the Wireframes: With the requirements finalized and approved, the UI UX designer started with the screens for both the administrator and encoder flow.

For Client Review: After creating the designs, we sent it to the client for the design and flow review.

Development: After the revisions for all the screens, the development of the product started.

Development: The client approved the screens and flow, thus the developers started with the portal development.

QA: To ensure we deliver a quality product, we tested the portal and the portal before handing it over to the client.
Challenges and Solutions
Challenges:
  • Different no-code developers in the portal and knowledge transfer to every individual

Solutions:
  • List of features and requests of clients in one sheet for one source of truth to everyone involved in the project.
Outcome
We were able to hand it over to the client after a few iterations and polishing the actual portal. Now, it is used by the administrator and their payroll officer.
