The main objective of this project is to ensure Website Development that entails user experience and functionalities improvement. All the information such as the clinics available, the doctors, and their available services are listed on the website to improve customer access and convenience. We also aim to add a new feature for the website - a messenger chatbot so clients can directly message the hospital.

Malta
The Process
Project Kickoff: The Estel team and the client had a kick-off meeting to discuss the requirements and scope of the project. We brainstormed and shared our ideas on how we can improve the website and gathered all the requests the client wanted to add to the current website to improve it.

Designing the High-Fidelity Wireframes: After the business requirement document was finalized, we created two versions of the high-fidelity wireframes for the website.

For Client Review: After creating the designs, we sent it to the client for the design review and requested the updated copy that we will put on the website.

Development: After the design was approved, the developer started on developing the website using Webflow.

QA: After the development was completed, the quality analyst engineer started running tests to ensure that there are no bugs so that we can properly hand off the website to the client.

Outcome
Malta was a successful project. The scope and requirements were pretty straightforward. We improved the user interface and the user experience of the website and added a new feature - the messenger chatbot that will be beneficial to their clients as they can reach them more easily.
